Alison Owen

Alison is an experienced speech therapist, motivated by helping people to achieve their communication goals. She loves seeing the pure joy on her clients’ faces when they overcome a speech hurdle.
A speech therapist for many years, Alison has worked for the Auckland Education Board and the Manukau Special Education Services before starting her own company in 1995. In 2005 she established Voice Culture. Alison is also a member of the NZ Speech Language Therapists’ Association.

Esther Ong
Speech and Language Therapist NZSTA
Esther is an experienced speech and language therapist with more than 13 years of experience specialising in Ear Nose and Throat working specifically with voice disorder in both adults and children.
Esther loves that with the aid of speech therapy people can reach their potential in the workplace, school, and in day-to-day life. She enjoys finding ways to personalise therapy to suit client's needs to achieve their goals.
Areas of speciality include but are not limited to: muscle tension dysphonia, nodules, voice feminisation, presbyphonia, atrophic vocal folds, chronic cough, chronic throat clearing, LSVT program.
Felicity Owen
MSc I/O Psychology, BHSc Health Science
Felicity is a masters honours graduate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (in other words, business psychology) and has several years experience in digital marketing, team training, recruitment and employee development.
As the Business Development Manager for Voice Culture, Felicity looks at improving current practices to continually provide better services to our clients.
She also manages the marketing and recruitment aspects of Voice Culture.
